Delusion- grandiose (frequently go together but you can have one w/o the other) . Persecutory- people are out to get me . Thought implantation/insertion*- they are making me think this . Thought broadcasting*- think people hear their thoughts. (co-occurring w/ delusion of ext. control): thought broadcasting: someone else is speaking your thoughts, arguing: voices that are arguing, accusing: voices accusing ind, command: voices telling them to do things. Avolition- absence of volition; no goal, aimless, hard time sticking to plan. Anhedonia- nothing has meaning/worth- eating, sex, etc. Flat affect- flatness of emotion: diff between hallucination and delusion. Delusions: false, erroneous beliefs, involve misinterpretation or perception or experiences: diff b/w main types of schizo; paranoid ect. Disorganized type: ind. has exacerbations of their hallucinations, show various neg symptoms. Lucky: end up in hospital, if not: end up on the street catatonic type: long periods of non-movement. Will stay in fixed posture for extended periods of time (waxy flexibility).
