Doesn"t care when mom comes or leaves: insecure resistant-ambivalent. Upset when separated when mom comes back they push away and pull back. Cant decide what they want: disorganized. Oral and anal: mouth is primary source of gratification. Putting toys in mouth: anal learning how to potty. Trust v mistrust: infants learn basic trust if the world is a secure place where basic needs are met. Autonomy v. shame and doubt: either gain sense of self rule over actions and their bodies.
