Cohesion is positively related to the degree to which group members work together toward a the interpersonal attractions among group members dynamic process reflected in the tendency for a group to stick. There is a threshold where at some point there is a plateau. Circular relationship increased cohesion leads to greater performance and brings teams together leading to still more cohesion. Remains constant regardless of exercise leader to participant ratio. Stability together longer tend to be more cohesive.
