Document Summary

Earth"s axis is titled with respect to its orbit, so each hemisphere alternately is pointed closer to the sun and gets heated more. Every hard surface in our solar system has craters, so pluto does too. The only exception to that is when the surface has been "recently" reprocessed, for example by the volcanoes on. But pluto is "inert" and would retain all craters made over its long history. The most famous example is for christopher columbus. In 1504, columbus and his crew were shipwrecked on the northern shore of jamaica, with little hope of rescue or any food supplies of their own. The jamaican"s soon tired of supplying them with food for beads, so they stopped supplying columbus. Columbus then used a total lunar eclipse (as predicted in an almanac that he had along) to scare the indians, claiming that it proved his power.
