Intelligence- effort into understanding and attention to detail. Cognitive complexity- every time you consider someone else"s point of view, it makes you smarter. Goal- how you approach someone to get what you want by how you say something and what you"re saying. It means that every time you consider someone else"s point of view, you get smarter: explain what is meant by say more about less when choosing a topic. To say more about less is limit your topic to fewer points but to elaborate on those points. It is important to analyze the audience to know their interest, knowledge and attitude toward the topic. So that you can more effectively create a speech that is geared toward them. Having examples in a speech make it easier to understand and more interesting.
