People wanted more places to live and more livestock for farms. Explain at least three ways in which the "revolutions" (industrial, agricultural, communication, transportation, etc. ) during the first half of the 19th century changed the social, cultural, political and/or economic landscape of america. The industrial revolution changed the landscape of america with the operation of factories and mills. Many people were put to work which helped the american family. Also, these factories changed how products were produced with the use of assembly lines and the development of leadership. Another factor that came into play was the steam engine. This helped the machinery produce more product and faster. Prior to the steam engine most cloth for example was made by hand.
