Document Summary
My high school principal believed a good leader paved the way for posterity, so that they have the opportunity to be better than their predecessors. I desire to be the type of leader that people reflect on and say that their accomplishments would have been impossible without my unprecedented efforts. This past semester, i have begun my journey toward this model of leadership, as my skills have evolved. I now can see myself being a successful leader in whatever path i take. I want to be a leader that is strong, motivational, charismatic, approachable, inspirational, trustworthy, confident, and consistent. Possessing these traits is a key part in being a successful leader; however, possessing these traits is not as important as using them. I envision myself being a successful business owner with content employees who enjoy coming to the workplace and do not passively fulfill their duties.
