Since frontal loves are basically shut down, dreams are sometimes bizarre. Created to stay away from predators at a time when the organism would be particularly vulnerable. Sleep is necessary for physical health: restoration/ repair occurs at night. Voluntary muscles are paralyzed: everything in your dream is being processed the same way as when you are awake.
