It is imperative that a anthropologist has this view to study another culture: fieldwork, time of data collection and analysis, studying informants or collections in museums, four subfields, very broad and overlap of topics, linguistic anthropolgy. It is the scientific study of language: how sounds are put together to create meaning. Linguistic anthropolgy is how language influences our culture. Or visa versa: how language is used in certain situations, the way men and women speak, miscommunication, people speak to different types of people(brother to sister, cultural(sociocultural) anthropology, culture. Also be kinship, marriage, family, and how we are related to each other and how we recognize each other.
