o 2. Setup Time or Change Over Time (C/O):

o 3. Availability:
▪ the available working time in one shift minus programmed brakes such as
lunch time and resting breaks, given in seconds
o 4. Uptime %:
▪ (availability – C/O) / (availability)
▪ converted to seconds
o 5. Capacity:
▪ availability / time at bottleneck
▪ how many things can that cell do during cycle time?
o 6. Takt Time:
▪ daily availability / daily demand
o 7. Per Unit Processing Time:
▪ cycle time + setup time
