o Stakeholders include all people involved in a situation. It is very important to
consider all of them, especially their main worries, because many of them would
be willing and able to cause disruption if their positions are ignored.
o Furthermore, it is ethically correct to consider all involved in these situations
seeing as people are drastically affected by these issues. If we can find a way to
better the system and keep stakeholders happy, that is where value truly occurs.
