Observed and core culture: iceberg image: visible: dress, office, symbols, slogan (above waterline, invisible: expressed values (below, assumptions: deep beliefs (below) Core culture: values or beliefs about the right way to behave. Stories: easily remembered, instills deeper cultural understanding, tell stories about successful leadership, customer, or employee. Symbols: common understanding of culture, easy to recognize (like a logo).
