Stimulus/success proposition: if person often rewarded for action in previous experience, when in similar situation, more likely repeat action. Value proposition: more valuable a reward is to a person, more often perform behavior. Deprivation-satiation proposition: more often in recent past indiv. Rewarded, less valuable reward becomes, less likely repeat action unless reward change. Frustration-aggression proposition: if receive unexpected punishment, person get frustrated/angry/aggressive. >power in exchange: one person w/i interaction get more out of exchange than other. Depend on ability to provide rewards that are valuable b/c they are scarce (scarcity value- relation btw supply and demand)
