Frustration-aggression proposition: if receive unexpected punishment, person get frustrated/angry/aggressive. >power in exchange: one person w/i interaction get more out of exchange than other. Depend on ability to provide rewards that are valuable b/c they are scarce (scarcity value- relation btw supply and demand)
