Segregation distorts soul and damages personality, so its unjust. In places like alabama, a majority black population, but none of them are registered, so they can"t vote in laws. If so laws are not democratically voted in. Or sometimes laws seem just but are used unjustly. They had a lawful government, just a different ideology. If we criticize them for being arbitrary, then pick and choose which of their laws we do or don"t want, we"re being too arbitrary. because ps provided no lawful government, because non- promulgation of laws, arbitrariness of law-enforcement. Under their govt, we had lawlessness, so no real law, and acts in this state cannot be condemned: deputy 3: some grudge informers be prosecuted. Ps was not either lawful or lawless, but in between. No #2 (state of lawlessness), because marriage contracts, property purchased, wills, and civil lawsuits still happened. No #1 (lawful govt) because not everything is lawful because of party control of the government.
