Believe in thought control rather than freedom of thought (they want you to agree with their ideology and may use force to enfore this) The dmu idea doesnt work in an inherently poor society. For example, should we all have just one spoonful of ice cream, we would all want to steal/grab others. The marginal utility does not decline bc each spoonful is valuable.
