Attracted to many people for many different reasons, definition must be general on purpose. When kids see something they like, they literally want to approach it. We are attracted to people because we find them rewarding in some way. Direct: money, status, candy bars in your lunch, twitterpation (sexual arrousal) Indirect by association: excitation transfer (ex. bridge study, single female at end of high scary bridge and low flat bridge, when men got to end of bridge the excitation is transferred to the person or clubbing) Think about triangle, you, another person, and another object or person on each corner. You like paul mccartney, he like the red sox, you like the red sox, this is balance. When your attitudes about things are the same as other peoples attitudes.
