Internalization: happens through socialization, when we adopt the rules and norms we are taught to follow and turn them into values and beliefs. Dramaturgy : a sociological framework that uses theater as a metaphor for interpersonal interactions, where we all play roles and try to manage the impression of how we are viewed by others.
