He met with scientology (critics of psychiatry) and asked him if psychiatry is a pseudo-science that can"t be trusted. Scientologist said he"d introduce him to tony from broadmoor an asylum for the criminally insane (aka serial killers) Wellness center is where you get to meet the patient. Tony (who beat someone up and faked being insane to avoid prison) looked different from the rest of the patients who were in baggy sweatpants. Instead he was in a pinstripe suit with his arms outstretched.
