How we obtained our information and came up with our proposed solutions for this project was an important and difficult task we had to tackle as a group. We began by figuring out a convenient time for everyone to meet so we worked around each other"s schedules in order to do so. Once we established a meeting place and time we created a project plan and brainstormed on what topics we could base our project on. After concluding that we were focusing on addressing the problems concerning the ikenberry commons dining hall, we then decided to begin with conducting interviews with current and past workers and the dining hall supervisor. Each of the members were responsible to interview a friend or contact a supervisor in order to receive feedback from different people and analyze the main problems the business faces.
