I really liked the movie twelve angry men because it demonstrated the characteristics of a group"s decision making process as well as how to efficiently and effectively deal with important tasks in order to achieve the best solution possible. The movie brings out important conflicts or problems people might face when working with others to reach a final decision. For example, since everyone comes from a different background and have different ideas, it is crucial to make sure everyone is on the same page in order to avoid any disputes amongst team members. As we learned, these preferences can generate a relational conflict since they are not fully related to the team"s task of coming to a final decision. Therefore it was a very smart move to have every one of the jurors to bring up their own point of view of why they made their initial decision.
