End of the core nucleosome proteins (h2a, h2b, h3, h4) The n terminus do not have appreciable secondary structure. Recognize what you need to do with that region. Pack it away when you don"t want to transcribe it. Make it more loose when you want to transcribe it. Bigger s value if you are more spread out. Will go and stop when it hits the fragment that was synthesized right. If you don"t put it in there, it"s not there. Need the primer sequence so you can make the copies of the correct region of the dna. Do not have helicase, so need to heat to 95 c to pull dna apart. Use heat stable polymerase in order to keep the dna. Promoter sequences need to be in the right places.
