Students: below is information that will be on exam 1. Under each chapter i have listed the title (headings) of the powerpoint slides you should study for the exam. I would look at slides and review information, examples, definitions etc. The exam will have 44 multiple choice questions. Retailing- the final steps or activities needed to provide a product or service to the customer.
