Cohort defn: a group of disease-free persons who share a common attribute and who are followed throughout their experience to observe the development of a given health outcome. Defn: any designated group of persons who are followed or traced over a period of time; cohort group members experience a common exposure with a specific setting, and they shre a non-specific exposure associated with a general classification.
