Overview of exam: each exam will be closed book and will consist of questions from the readings, lectures, videos and discussions. Exams are planned as a mixture of multiple-choice and true/false questions, with one essay question. The multiple-choice and true/false questions will be answered on a scantron bubble sheet. You will answer the essay question on the actual exam itself. Please bring a #2 pencil for the scantron document and, if you like, a secondary writing utensil for answering the essay question. This exam constitutes 30 percent of your overall semester grade. Overview of study guide: this study guide is an attempt to focus your study efforts on those topics and concepts that i view as most essential to your understanding of consumer behavior.
