This means you cannot really believe it, because a religious person who thinks their religious beliefs are true, believe that for certain reasons. If there are no reasons for believing something, then it is impossible to believe. This is because, when trying to convince someone else to believe your religion, you must give them reasons why yours is the correct one, otherwise they will not believe it. We should not believe in the existance of god based on faith and not reason because we don"t accept other things based on faith. We accept that the sun will rise tomorrow, and that our car breaks will work based on reason. We have seen the sun rise every single day, and our car breaks have not failed us. But, if we see our reasons for believing these are bad, we stop believing them.
