Though person quit because of an argument they had before even though they had a good relationship: blamed himself for everything. Suicidal: wife called psychiatrist who treated him before. Involuntary commitment procedure because of lack of cooperation. Diagnosis of acute schizophrenic reaction contemporary diagnosis would say bipolar disorder.
