Influenced a whole nation using no formal power, to break away from britain. If you can influence enough people you can gain power definitions. Good to look at how successful boss is based on how they use power. Good boss sets an example, and tech their workers, live those values of trust and compassion. Power can be implemented in the issue of the success of the boss characteristics of a successful boss.
