Clan culture : concerned with internal focus and flexibility. Focuses on the need of employees as the route to high performance. Bureaucratic culture : concerned with internal focus and stability. High level of consistency, conformity and collaboration among members. Discipline culture : level 5 leadership, right values, right ppl in the right jobs, knowing where to go.
