Summons: what is the difference between interim release and pretrial custody. Poverty may be a huge factor, people who cannot afford bail may spend time in remand for a crime they may not have even committed, since they are just being held for the trial. Spending time in remand for something such as murder, for which you cannot get bail but are not even guilty. The group believed it should be more of a group decision, the actions of the prosecutor must be agreed upon by someone such as the judge. Whole point of a lawyer is to defend you but the whole point of the trial is to prove this person guilty. Referenced the barnardo murders and how the girl got off the hook because of her lawyer.
