Responsibilities includes: cinematographic properties of the shot, framing of the shot, speed & length of shot, special effects. Assistant camerapersons (acs: oversees camera lens, supporting equipment, and the material on which the movie is being shot, prepares the slate, files reports, fills magazines & loads camera. Most films are now shot on digital media. Gauges - 8mm, super 8mm, 16mm, 35mm, 65mm, 70mm, imax. Speed (exposure) - the degree to which it is light-sensitive: fast/slow.
