Human resource planning = process with specific order of activities helping managers to focus on issues that are important so they can plan effectively to make sure organizational objectives are met. Forecasts demand by looking at various factors that cause a labour need to exist and uses various forms of forecasting techniques. Step 2: assess internal and external supply of resources. Assesses internal and external support of labour. Identifies what planners expect to accomplish as a result of their actions. Planners carry an analysis to determine differences between demand and supply.
