Charity: the voluntary giving of help, where an organization works on providing help usually through fundraising or donations. Link private suffering with the institutional and systemic forces that bring upon the suffering. Accountability: requires consideration for the ramifications of our choices on those we are. Critically assess mission alignments serving and on the change efforts we hope to be a part of. *each affects the dynamic processes of the groups and individuals. Phase model of group development - a conceptual framework for understanding how groups develop through a series of identifiable stages.
