Chronic events sources of stress that occur continuously or repeatedly (i. e. strained relationships, bullying, overwork, money trouble, etc). Although small stressors, but too much of it can pile up and produce distress and illness. Chronic stressors are linked to social relationships. Chronic stressors can also be linked to particular environments (unsafe town, noisy city, isolated area, etc).
