Transsexual subset of the transgender individuals who seek to change their body into that of the other sex by medical means. Gender dysphoria - unhappiness caused by discordance between a person"s anatomical sex and gender preference. F-to-m (trans men) usually like women but consider themselves straight. Classical attracted to men, consider themselves straight. Transitioning changing one"s physical sex and social gender.
