In our time society as a whole is splitting up more and more into two great hostile camps the bourgeoisie and the proletariat. The increase in the means of exchange in commodities and the increase in trade opened up fresh ground for the rising of the bourgeoisie. Modern industry established the world market and has given development to commerce, navigation and communication by land. The modern bourgeoisie is a result of a long course of development. Each step of the development of the bourgeoisie carried with it a political advance of that class. The bourgeoisie played a very important role in the history of revolutions. The bourgeoisie were able to remove any gap between man and his superior others. They were able to set up free trade. The bourgeoisie was able to turn everything into money related issues and turn it into a materialistic society.
