Key: for grounded theory, sensitizing concepts provide a theoretical foundation for its development. It is a research approach/method that is known for its continuous interaction between data collection and analysis in order to construct a theory during the research process. It is derived inductively through systematic collection and data analysis of a particular phenomenon: the data collection, analysis and theory are reciprocal to one another. It is the main technique used within grounded theory. It means that the patterns, themes and the categories that emerge from the data analysis, they emerge rather than being imposed prior to the analysis. Themes: emerge during data analysis, they capture the meaning/experiences drawn from situations and contexts. In other words, thematic analysis involves the search and identification of common themes that are extended throughout the entire interview process. They may be abstract and hard to identify.
