Cultured burgers: muscle tissue taken from a cow, and fed in a lab 20,000 muscle fibers equal to a regular-sized burger. Expensive to make: current cost of lab-grown meatballs 40,000 per kilo, hope to reduce the cost to 64/kg and possibly as low as 15/kg. Current meatless burgers without any animal medium used are in existence, making them viable options for vegetarians and vegans as there are no animal-related controversies. People eat what is delicious: we may not know what it is made of (hot dogs) but so long as it tastes good, we are down to eat it.
