Somatic delusions: believing there is something very wrong with your body & its functioning (b) hallucinations: sensory perception-like experiences without any external stimulus. Auditory hallucinations most common (~75%: often progresses from hushed noises, whispers, then voices, activation seen in the broca"s area. Visual hallucinations less common & only occur in the most severe cases of the disorder. Olfactory hallucinations smell, are least common. Gustatory hallucinations taste, are least common.
