Most telling physical changes associated with aging are wrinkles and gray hairs: even though these are not telling of what is happening inside the body most people feel they are the most strongly associated with aging. Skin is the largest organ in the body. Most vulnerable to age related changes that start to occur in the 20s and continue through adulthood. First sign of aging may appear in the 30s when skin starts to show wrinkles, slight drooping or loose of resilience and changes in color and texture.
