Expressed issues that could potentially lead to low therapy motivation. By singing meaningful songs, tara able to express frustration, anger, or grief around acquired disability and loss of daughter. Despite intensive efforts, tara remained unable to generate words independently outside of singin context. Each word placed at end of a phrase. Clients more likely to recall final word of phrase than other words in phrase. One phrases were constructed, they were set to music. Created melody for each phrase using limited pitch range.
