Ambiguous sexual development: below normal intelligence, sterility. 45 indicates the diploid number of chromosomes. X indicates the chromosome that is affected: female genitalia, sterility, skin flaps on the back of the neck, underdeveloped breasts, normal intelligence, many of these individuals are spontaneously aborted.
