Being nice to the flight attendants even though you"re tired after several flight delays. Helping others through suggestions, teaching, role modeling, or offering emotional support for personal problems. Accepting feedback, keeping others informed of upcoming events that may affect them. Demonstrating consideration, courtesy, tactfulness, and satisfaction and confidence in others: organizational support. Offering ideas to improve the org: conscientious initiative.
