Saudi arabia & uae announced . 5b contribution to un humanitarian efforts but still not enough for needed imports to hodeida. Consequence of president bashar al-assad"s regime & all sides. Regime deliberately harms civilians; takes back opposition by draining them of resources & targeting both rebels & civilians. 13. 1m civilians in need ( of remaining population)
