List six factors to consider when analyzing the speaking situation. Then, note information to consider for each factor. Trying to enrich their knowledge and experience; avoid presenting info that is too general, too specific, or too complex: attitudes describe how your audience feels about your topic. Beliefs are statements that your audience holds to be true. Values are the extent to which audience members attach importance or worth to those beliefs.
