Inability to afford care: availability of services, transportation, hours of service, mobility and tracking, language barriers, discrimination, documentation, cultural aspects, children of migrant workers, dental disease, depression, anxiety-related disorders, domestic violence, children of migrant workers. They often take over the roles of the physicians.
