A) the likelihood that intelligent creature have a biochemistry similar to us is very possible. Reason being, if aliens are here today, we have yet to notice them because they blend in with us. If they also are going to be as intelligent as us (which i don"t see why not) then they too must have a brain. But, if there are creatures living somewhere on a star/planet without earth like conditions, their biochemistry would probably be very different. Therefore i think it is a 50% chance: two arms & two legs - if they are here & unnoticed, they probably have 2 arms and. 2 legs, unless they are under some sort of disguise. Those aliens in another world may have less or more, but depending on how they adapt to their environment would contribute to this. They could be still walking on 4 legs, how we are said to have started out in evolution.
