We were supposed to meet up at 6:00. It was obvious she would be late, she always is, but i didn"t think she would skip out on this. I take a drag out of my cigarette; it"s down to the filter. I let the smoke settles in my lungs for a few moments, heating up my insides. It has been years since i have had one of these. Something has to settle me down i haven"t been calm in several months, actually years. And at this point lung problems are the least of my worries i throw the cigarette into the receptacle and turn towards the parking lot. I suppose this means things are finally over. If that"s the way things will have to be then i guess there is not much else i can do. Hey zeus! i hear her soft voice as soon as i start to pull my car keys out.
