The last relationship i ended was about 6 months ago. I decided to end this friendship because i felt that we were only hanging out with each other out of convenience. we both had very busy schedules and did not have very much time to do things. For this reason, we stayed friends and would just hang out briefly. I felt like i was no longer getting anything from this friendship and felt very used. This resulted in our communication being very short with eachother, this simply wasn"t enough to keep such a friendship going. our situation worsened, and i could tell that our friendship had changed. While i was in the avoiding stage and lingering into the termination stage, she was stuck in the differentiating stage. I ended the relationship using positive tone messages. I continuously relayed that it was my fault because i was just too busy and did not have any free time.
