The sign of the disco inferno strip club is turned on for another night of business. The dazzling lights illuminate the dark corner of north 33rd street, an otherwise quiet side street of northwestern la. The doors are propped open by the bouncer as the music from inside pours out into the street. The bass line of the music shakes the red velvet rope lined along the entrance to contain the eventual line of people waiting to get in. Foxy roxy runs her hands along the red velvet rope as she approaches the door. Her head is high in the air, the light from the stars radiating off of her skin. She walks up to the bouncer, standing six inches taller than him in her dark purple stiletto heels. Hey there, sugar, foxy roxy says, her voice as smooth as the adjacent velvet rope.
