Worse thing you can do to another person beside kill them; is to make them feel like they don"t matter (what they say, do) 2 types of coaches: be able to explain these. Now more than ever; coaches need to use their power for good. Themselves 1st, ego 2nd, team 3rd: a means to an end. Need go answers for these; job interview, they ask these types of questions.
